ObjectRatingDTO v13 This object represents a general rating of a service or something else. At the moment it is used to indicate the customers satisfaction for a completed service call. The current rating system has the following values: value 0 corresponds to rating Superb value 1 corresponds to rating OK value 2 corresponds to rating Bad value 3 corresponds to rating very bad / awful If the user doesn’t tap on a Smiley then the rating value will be -1.
