Crowd Service Marketplace


Attention: The Crowd Service Marketplace app uses a transaction-based pricing model, and must be enabled by a SAP Field Service Management consultant to be available for use.

In a Nutshell

The Marketplace is used to view and manage Crowd service partner records and send invitations to join the Crowd Service Marketplace.

When a company has accepted an invitation, created an account and company profile, their record will then appear here.


The Crowd Marketplace can be navigated to by clicking the Crowd Workforce option from the apps menu :

Invite Crowd Service Partner

To invite Crowd partners, the Crowd owner can navigate to Settings > Partner Invitation and copy and paste the link provided under the URL field:



The prospective Crowd partne will then be prompted to fill out a form and go through the account creation and company profile steps described in the following topic.
