Assign to Crowd Workforce Partner

After the crowd service widget has been enabled, the Crowd owner can plan and release service calls and activities to Crowd partners.

Plan Activity

The Crowd owner plans an activity to a partner in Planning and Dispatching app.

Confirm Assignment

The Crowd owner releases the assignment to the partner.

Notify Partner

In order to notify the partner of the new assignment, the Crowd owner needs to configure relevant business rule. When the rule is triggerred, new assignments will be displayed in Partner Portal for the partner manager to accept/reject. The following shows an example of this business rule that can be downloaded from Configure Single Tenant Crowd.

Attention: To make sure that this business rule works properly, Please provide valid Client Id and Client Secret when confiuring this rule. Only active user who successfully logged in FSM can be assigned activities.

In case email notification of new assignments to partners is needed, the Crowd owner needs to configure the business rule as shown below. When the rule is triggerred, an email will be sent to partners in case of new assignments so that they can accept or reject the assignment directly using the button included in the email. This business rule can be downloaded from Configure Single Tenant Crowd, and the email template layout can be customized as needed.
