In a Nutshell

The Admin module is used to administer account access, configure company settings, manage business rules, query cloud-based company data, and more.

Access and Log-in

There are four options to sign into the Admin application:

  Sign in Option Description
1 Sign in with Account Provide only cloud account name and password.
2 Sign in with User Possible only for users with role SUPERUSER.
3 Sign in with Email Possible only if login via email is activated.
4 Single Sign On (SSO) Configuration of Single Sign On required.

Admin Module Tabs

From the Admin module you can view and access the following tabs:

Account From this tab, you can view Account record information. Go
Audit Logs The Audit Logs screen in Admin enables users with sufficient rights to view all object changes that have occcurred in all SAP Field Service Management applications. Go
Companies From this tab, you can view company information associated with your account. Go
Custom Objects From this tab, you can define and manage custom objects and custom fields for a company. Go
User Groups From this tab, you can view User Groups asociated with your account. Go
Users From this tab, you can view account user records. Go
Access Granting From this tab, you can grant access to an SAP employee in case your account has restricted access control. Go
Session Configuration From this tab, you can configure the times for session configuration for different applications. Go
Data Cockpit From this tab, you can view and manage personal data subject to GDPR. Go
Authentication Events From this tab, you can view who accessed the system with which application and when. Go
Event Logs From this tab, you can view who changed which settings or data using the admin app. Go
Business Rules From this tab, you can create event-based business rules and notifications. Go
Password Policy From this tab, you can define and manage the password policy. Go
Query API The Query API tool can be used to build and execute CoreSQL queries against the cloud-based company data. Go
Screen Configurations The Screen Configuration tool can then be used to build to customize supported screens that appear in the mobile application. Go
Service Workflow From this tab, you can define the service workflow including different workflow steps. Go
Translations Here, you can create and manage custom translations that can be used in business rules or screen configurations, or to overwrite existing labels on supported screens. Go
