Push Notifications in Planning and Dispatching Attention: SAP Field Service Management documentation is now available at the SAP Help Portal. On 31 December 2020, docs.coresystems will no longer be available. Until that time, documentation will NOT be updated in docs.coresystems. Intro Push notifications are supported in the Planning and Dispatching application. A push notification could for, example, be used if/when an activity has exceeded its due date and prompt the Planner to take action. Please note the following Push notifications displayed in the Planning and Dispatching app are NOT user-specific Push notifications are displayed to all users with access to the Planning and Dispatching app for the given company Configuration Company Setting ATTENTION: if using Shell, the CoreSystems.CoreSystemsFSM.WFM.Notifications.Enabled company setting is NOT required. In order to display push notifications in the Planning and Dispatching app, the following company setting must be enabled at Admin > Company > Company Settings: Company Setting Required Value Impact CoreSystems.CoreSystemsFSM.WFM.Notifications.Enabled TRUE When TRUE, push notifications will display in the Planning and Dispatching app. Push Notifications via Business Rule Using a business rule, you can define the triggers that generate push notifications that are displayed in the Planning and Dispatching app.
